Trading conditions

Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€).You must be a registered user for a free access to the prices and the discount conditions.
The prices shown in the file of each product are retail price and may be subject to a discount rate. Except under conditions specifically agreed with the customer, the discount applies to all our tariff prices.
The prices of some products, particularly the sensors, can be modified depending on additional options. Read the instructions in the window [How to order?] and review the related accessories with the product.


Quality Commitment
We certify that the products manufactured by Disibeint Electronic SL have been built following our manual procedures and in accordance with the especificacions made by the client at the time of placing the order. All products have been subjected to various verification and adjustment processes that are unique to each model.


Warranty
Disibeint Electronic SL guarantees the products of its manufacture against defects due to materials or its implementation for a period of two (2) years from the date of acquisition. The warranty does not cover defects caused during transportation or for misapplication, or any items subject to wear, or the direct or indirect consequences caused in the installation of the equipment. Repair under warranty does not include transportation to the factory and costs of removal and reinstallation. We recommend keep the documents accompanying the goods for further consultations on the product. If you contact our technical department, provide the serial number that is marked on the unit and matches with the mentioned document.


Shipment
Disibeint Electronic SL prepares their shipments taking adequate precautions to ensure that products reach the customers in perfect condition. Spaecial care is taken for the sensors and instruments with moving parts or fragile items contained within. Proper handling of the packaging during transport, during the reception of the customer and during transport to the installation site, ensure that the products have not suffered any damage. After opening the package, follow the instructions for using the product, if any.
If you receive a package that is damaged externally, possibly for damage received during transport, do not accept it and return it back immediately via the same transport agency.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer provided that no special conditions are agreed to this concept.


Repairs
It is advisable that any repair be done in our workshops. Before sending a defective device, consult our technical department in order to assess the extent of the damage. Please submit a report to the observed anomaly and further information on the installation.


Documentation
Disibeint Electronic SL is committed keeping in this website updated documentation of all products manufactured and/or traded. For the same reason the printed editions of the catalogs before the current date may contain inaccurate information about the products you purchase now. We suggest that, if in doubt, always check the documents of the product you wish to purchase and update those who may have filed.
Aware that, much to our regret, it is inevitable to make mistakes in the editing of the documentation we would appreciate let us know the errors to proceed to immediate correction.
